You asked for a bigger space, and a bigger space you will get! Hog Tails BBQ has purchased the Lancaster Public House, one of Kitchener’s oldest and most historic Taverns! We are working to renovate and refresh this piece of history to bring you a premier location for barbeque and live blues. The Lancaster Smokehouse is anticipated to open towards the end of 2011, and we will keep you updated as to our renovation progress. We intend to fuse the tradition of the historic Kitchener region with southern barbeque and honkey-tonk blues joints from the deep south to create the ultimate barbeque experience in Southern Ontario!
